What to expect
This one day training in systems practice is an introduction to the foundational principles of systems change. It includes an overview of systems mapping tools and change frameworks, including Systems Change Capacities and Mapping.
What you’ll gain
Understand the mindset of a systems practitioner and reflect on your current approach to change.
Learn the purpose of systems mapping, types of maps, and when to use them.
Gain hands-on experience using a mapping tool to analyze and address real-world challenges.
Who is this for?
This is for you if you are leading a change initiative within an organization or in the community around you. You might be in charge of a Strategic Initiatives within an organization, be a grantmaker who supports grantees, work in a parallel field like design, evaluation or strategic planning and curious about systems change practice.
What will it involve?
Facilitated over Zoom
We host 2 interactive sessions with a break for lunch
This will include presentations, group discussion as well as intimate conversations with peers.
Includes a curated list of articles, books and videos to watch to further your thinking after we finish.
