Editing a practice guide.
The Garfield Foundation asked us to support them in writing down their experience of convening three networks for systemic change.
They wanted to share the features of their approach, stories of what worked and what didn't and some key lessons with fellow practitioners who might find it useful.
Content came to us written by four different people, containing gems of wisdom and experience, but lacking the structure to make it easy and engaging to read.
Leaning on our experience of writing down practice in A Strategy for Systems Change, among other publication, we took on the task of redefining the overall structure of the publication and the subsections within each Chapter.
