Strategic intervention.

I was invited to Montreal to a gathering of The Engineering Change Lab community to share my experience of The Finance Innovation Lab. 

The project, led my Mark Abbott from Engineers without Borders and co designed with Reos Partners, was launched in 2015 and is exploring how to repurpose the profession. 

I spent two days with the group, taking part in the workshop and sharing the pivots in our strategy and some of our frameworks and theories of change.
